Opening waterways access: assessment expedition
In August 2004 a joint assessment expedition between BomFuturo NPO and the Pantanal National Park has been finalized.
The main target of it has been to verify the state of the territories and access ways to the BomFuturo Preserve and adjacent National Park.
This tour was a first, substantial part of the various Projects and Actions designed in BomFuturo General Plan.

The picture herewith provides an idea about one of the major problems of the rivers and waterways in the Pantanal, that\'s to say the obstructing action caused by eccessive waterplants growth.
